Neuromuscular scoliosis: patient with thoracic spina bifida. Severe pelvic obliquity and difficulty sitting.
Extrapedicular fixation: spinolaminar fixation plate
HOMSA ( hybrid open muscle splitting approach) for PJK prevention.
C2-3 Foraminal stenosis causing retroorbital pain and cervicogenic headaches – Not uncommon.
